A detached 17th stable and cartlodge recently renovated to an exceptional and luxurious standard discreetly nestled away in the centre of one of Suffolk's finest villages. Equipped with high-end modern conveniences it retains its appealing historic character thanks to the original features. Generously proportioned throughout it features a log burning stove, well equipped open plan reception room and kitchen with French windows opening on to a private West facing terrace and large lawned garden beyond. Being just a stone’s throw from two of the area’s best pubs, and with easy access to the beautiful surrounding countryside, it is perfect for an immersed Suffolk getaway.
The Ground Floor
Entrance Hall – Well sized with, shoe rack and coat hooks.
Open Plan Kitchen – Fully equipped with brushed steel cabinets including electric hob, oven and microwave.
Reception Area – Light and spacious open plan room with large leather sofa next to modern log burner and views across to the church. Wall mounted 56” smart TV and built in Sonos sound system.
Dining Area – Wooden table with two chairs.
Bathroom – Classic freestanding iron bath, large sink and walk-in power shower.
Master Bedroom – Super King-size bed, arm chair, chest of draws, wall cloths hanging, smart wall-mounted 25” TV and Sonos sound system.
The Hayloft
Trundle/Sofabed bedroom – Accessed up steep steps from the Master Bedroom and can be arranged as a single or twin beds. It is recommended that this snug room is best used for children. Has smart 43” wall-mounted TV and Sonos Sound System.
