Positive: River view from the window.
Negative: The apartment had not been cleaned for at least two customers before me. There was hair and dirt and dust everywhere on the floor. The dishes were dirty, the plates were greasy. There was no microwave, no air conditioning, the water heater could not be opened. The washing machine was not in the apartment but in the hallway and the basket was full of laundry. So I could not wash my laundry or dry it anywhere. There were no washing tablets for the dishwasher. There was no bottle opener.
Summary: Dirty and dusty old room wihout aircondition.
