Summary: We booked this property for a relaxing break towards the end of our road trip. It was a great location for this. We did not receive the warmest of welcomes on arrival. But we did enjoy our stay. Breakfast was ok although we didn't feel it should be an additional charge. Especially as the rooms were quite expensive and also all had different charges! But the location was the winner for us. Just a short drive to Gonoque was a little gem of a town. Lots of choices for eating and a wander around is a must do. Cruise the 1000 islands too it must be seen. The B&B has a lovely terrace to sit on and you can take a stroll along the river. We would return here. Altogether an enjoyable stay but a car is necessary to get in to town as there's nothing within walking distance.
