Positive: Very nice clean new building, full kitchen and washing machine, WIFI, Smart TV, with pools, nearby grocery stores, and restaurants, overall great location, the owner friendly and helpful , I recommend
Negative: Only two bath towels, I recommend two face towels too, and toilet paper was missing
