Ground floor: contemporary kitchen, living room with fireplace, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), shower room (shower/toilet).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), 1 family room comprising a large bedroom (1 queen bed 160 x 200 cm) and a small bedroom (1 single bed 90 x 190 cm), private toilet and sink. Mezzanine converted into a lounge area (1 single bed 90 x 190 cm), shower room (shower/toilet).
Wood-burning stove with fireplace and heat vents, and electric heating. Large, wooded green space with a lawn (1800 m²) at the rear, accessible via the laundry room on the garden level.
