Summary: Really only negative comment I have is that despite it saying online that they have free parking, we were charged 20 euros on check out for the parking. Otherwise, hotel was nice, clean, appeared very new. Staff were friendly, pleasant, approachable, and helpful. Breakfast was good. Area felt safe (we walked back to the hotel past midnight and had no issues or concerns). Getting to the hotel was a bit of stressful driving… but that is not specific to the hotel, but rather most of Istanbul from what we experienced.
