Summary: Amazing views. Across the street with direct views of the ocean. Has washer, updated decor, elevator, quiet area, tram was less than one block away, grocery store and restaurants all on the same block as apartment. Philippe was the best host-friendly, communicated, gave us advice, and would stay here again.
