Quiet neighborhood, property is located on the end of a buiser main street. Lots of shops and places to go very close.
Getting Around:
I always recommend uber or a rental car for getting around. You can always walk but i would say uber is the best option. The public bus is also an option in the area but I would recommend just taking an uber.
Other Things to Note:
The unit does have shared wall to another unit, so please be mindful of people next to you.
Pricing: $100 cleaning per stay (Airbnb includes this in the nightly)
Based at $100 per night. (Depending on holiday or events)
Pets are allowed for an extra $30 per stay
For monthly rental $80 per night a $100 cleaning fee is added to the first month. (only pay the cleaning fee one time)

Summary: This is a nice Costa Mesa stay! It’s right by a bunch of trails that my dog and I greatly enjoyed during our 2 week stay. Street parking was easy. It was a safe neighborhood. The patio area in the back is great if you have a pet with you! It was very clean and well put together. There was a good amount of storage space in the bathroom and hallway and even though it’s a section of a full house, I didn’t run into other guests. I was able to work without noise and take some interviews without issue. Plus, the bed was comfortable! The host was incredibly understanding when I mixed up the check out time and needed to leave an hour later than expected. I really appreciated that. I’d stay again for sure!
