Located just 3 minutes from Footbridge Beach and 5 minutes from downtown Ogunquit by car, this beautiful home offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and relaxation.
Filled with natural light and open living spaces, the home is designed for families and friends to unwind and enjoy time together. The interior features stylish furnishings from Crate & Barrel and Restoration Hardware, creating a warm and inviting coastal retreat.
The fully fenced backyard provides plenty of space for your four-legged family members to explore and enjoy.
Guests have access to the first and second floors of the home. The basement and garage are not accessible to guests. All bedrooms are located on the second floor, with full bathrooms conveniently located on both the first and second floors. The home also features central air conditioning for your comfort.

Step outside to enjoy the exceptional outdoor living spaces. The upper deck, located just off the sitting room, features a dining area, comfortable seating, a Weber gas grill, and a Blackstone griddle—perfect for outdoor meals and entertaining. The backyard also features a private in-ground swimming pool and pool house. Please note that the pool is not heated.

Summary: Amazing home with fun amenities! Loved the sound system, deck, and kitchen! Our dog especially loved the huge fenced in yard. When she’s happy, we’re happy! Not to mention the house is very close to downtown and nearby attractions. Would love to come back!
