Newly built (2019) modern guest house. Has a queen size sleeper sofa and private bathroom with tile shower. 55 inch flat screen tv in the house and two 50 inch flat screen TV’s. One at hot tub and one at outdoor seating area. Stainless steel appliances and access to in ground pool and hot tub. Great place for a couple to stay on the way to the beach. Located in central Marion county so it’s within 15 minutes of multiple wedding venues. Within hour drive of Myrtle Beach.

Summary: This was a perfect stay for our weekend trip and more beautiful than the pictures. The owner was very hospitable and quick to respond. The hot tub was very clean and relaxing. There is no bedroom but the pullout sofa was comfortable and all we needed for our short stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
