Positive: The location was ideal for us. Rooms were good, the coffee and tv made it convenient. Good water pressure in the shower

Negative: A lot of cracks around the walls. Squeaky floors. We heard the people on the other unit talking at night, walls were too thin. The blinds were broken in one of the room.
