You'll be staying in a fresh & clean mid-terrace house in a very quiet neighbourhood. It's very close to Reading town centre & train station. The lounge has a sofa, big TV & fireplace. The dining room has a table, chairs and it links to a fully equipped kitchen.

* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.

Summary: When we arrived we were hit by a strong, unpleasant smell in the front room. The house had not been cleaned properly; rubbish under the bed; cigarette ends in the garden; dirty cutlery; dirty, ripped bedding; stained tea-towel - the list goes on. There are two double beds and a spare single mattress. We tried to use this but there is no floor space to put it down. It rained heavily while we were there and rain came down their chimney and formed a puddle in the dining room. The oven seal is broken and the oven fan makes a loud clanging noise. There were some positives. The beds are comfortable and we slept well. There is an en-suite in the main bedroom. The TV is good. Parking permits were provided. It has the potential to be a good base to stay but the cleanliness really let it down.
