Positive: The guesthouse is located on the grounds of the Lanka Learning Center (LLC), providing supplemental classes for children from poor families, but there is plenty of space. Equipment is new, clean and well maintained. The beach is 1.5 km away, but easily accessible. Place is lush, green, very quiet. The persons running the guesthouse are relatives involved in the foundation running the center. They are super friendly and host you like you were family. You can get meals there, they are absolutely delicious, the best I had in Sri Lanka. Between Trincomalee and Batticaloa, probably the best place to stay at a reasonable cost. Besides, you will contribute to the mission of the LLC
