THE CONDO
Welcome to “Martini Bay,” your private oceanfront escape on the 18th floor of Bay Watch Resort’s Tower 2. This renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo comfortably sleeps 10 and features a bright, open-concept living area in a modern palette of blues, greys, and whites. Relax on seating for six with the Smart TV and electric fireplace, while large sliding doors fill the room with natural light and open to the private balcony.
The full kitchen has modern appliances, marble-look countertops, and the tools for home-cooked meals, including an electric stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, and dining table with ocean views. Children’s dinnerware adds convenience for families, and a dedicated workspace, Ethernet connection, and Wi-Fi make it easy to stay connected.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Main bedroom: king bed, private bathroom, and ocean views
• Guest bedroom 1: two double beds and a Smart TV
• Guest bedroom 2: two double beds and a Smart TV
For added comfort, the condo includes central air conditioning and heating, an in-unit washer and dryer, room-darkening shades, and a bathtub. Step onto the private balcony to take in views of the shoreline, resort pools, and ocean—an inviting setting for morning coffee or an evening wind-down.
Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $55 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.
THE RESORT
You will have full access to the entire private condo, with self check-in via keypad so you can bypass the front desk on arrival. Your stay also includes free resort access to shared beachfront access, indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor lazy rivers, multiple indoor and outdoor hot tubs, the shared gym, poolside bar, and onsite restaurant and bar.
Two free parking-garage spaces are available per condo.

We offer a seamless self-check-in process with a keyless entry system, so you can start your vacation without delay. While we respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the messaging platform or phone if you have any questions or need assistance.

Car: Having a car is the most convenient way to get around, especially for visiting nearby attractions like Barefoot Landing (2 miles), Tanger Outlets (3 miles), and Cherry Grove Pier (5 miles). Free on-site parking is available at the resort.
Rideshare & Taxis: Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick trips around North Myrtle Beach and beyond. Local taxi services also operate in the area.
Walking & Biking: The beach and many restaurants are within walking distance, and North Myrtle Beach is bike-friendly, with rental shops nearby.
Public Transit: Coast RTA offers bus services along the Grand Strand, though routes are limited.
Whether you`re driving, biking, or catching a ride, getting around is easy, with plenty of attractions just minutes away!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guest stays. A starter supply of kitchen towels, toilet paper, and trash bags is provided to help you settle in before shopping.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided; they may be seasonally rented directly from lifeguards on the beach. Extended stays are welcome, with discounts available for weekly or monthly bookings. Cleaning is available during your stay.
PARKING LIMITATIONS:
Per resort policy, motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not permitted in the resort parking deck. Each condo is limited to two (2) parking spaces total. Vehicles over 6’6” in height cannot enter the parking deck and there is no other option provided by the resort.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 3-bedroom 3-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:
1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.
2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.
3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.
4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.
5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 10 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.
7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.
9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.
10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.
11. Parking:
Free Parking : Guests have access to free on-site parking for 2 vehicles and complimentary Vehicles over 6`6` will not fit into the parking deck and may need to park in the overflow lot that may incur nightly fees and rented out by the front desk.
