Positive: - the staff was friendly - the food at the main restaurant was ok ( but nothing extraordinary) - nice food options for snacks, outside at the pool area - there was always someone cleaning (restaurant area, outside) - the beach was nice
Negative: - understaffed, especially in the main restaurant area, they are always in a rush, dropping forks and knives, smashing plates making a lot of noise, very unpleasant; also understaffed serving at the bars, in 10 days no one asked me at the beach, at the lobby bars or at pool what I want to drink ( not really ultra all inclusive) - the people at the bar even if they are friendly and smiling, they don't really listen, with ice or without ice for them it is the same, you have to ask three times; the same with asking for normal coca cola, they give you the zero sugar one - the non-alcoholic drink selection is a joke - the a la carte restaurants have good food (tried the otoman one) but having only one dinner included it is like it is not there, it does not deserve to be taken into consideration for choosing the hotel. From what I understand this is a common thing in Turkey, which makes the all inclusive experience under average. Even in Egipt you get more dinners to a la carte restaurants, not even talking about other countries where you can eat each dinner at one of the 6 restaurants (in the same price range). - the cleaning done in the room was ok but they have an odd timing, done right after lunch when you usually want to lay down or put your baby to sleep. If you are in the room, no cleaning is done that day. - the fruit selection was pretty poor - the sweets were tasteless even if they looked good (except the baclava which was good) - even if the beach was nice, the sand is not well cleaned - the bar at the beach opens late and closes early - no ac in the elevators and hallway - not at all ultra all inclusive
