Summary: If there was a breakfast , we wasnt told about it?? Room was clean , staff sorted our tv problems out . Shame he couldnt sort the heating out , when we got to our room it was cold , we turned up the radiators , but it did nothing , there was an electric heater in our room , so we plugged that in , it took the chill out of the air.
