Summary: A major disappointment was the lack of air conditioning in the apartments. Even at night they remained in the 30 degree C range. Aside from that, the facility is outstanding and the staff were very helpful. I had a family group of 20 staying, and the Old Thorns staff were excellent including setting up a private dinner for all 20 of us.
