One block to Pannikin and Starbucks, two blocks to the Farmers Market and an easy walk to the incredible restaurants, shopping and everything La Jolla Village has to offer. Gourmet kitchen with quartz counter tops, stainless steel refrigerator, five burner gas stove, dishwasher and built-in microwave. Master bedroom features a California king Sleep Number bed and a large walk-in closet. Master bath has enclosed separate water closet, large granite and glass shower and separate extra-large soaking tub with overhead skylight. The dual sink vanity also has a quartz counter-top. Second bedroom has queen size bed and ample storage with full bathroom. Built-in office off of the kitchen. Large front loading, side by side LG washer and dryer with steam feature. Living room includes a gas fireplace and 65” flat screen TV with Blu-Ray and built-in bookshelves. Bedrooms have plush carpeting while the living areas have wood plank look Italian tile. There are numerous skylights throughout. For those nice days, in other words over 300 days per year, the balcony has ample room for four to eat and includes a Weber gas Bar-B-Que. Included are two underground, gated parking spaces with extra storage and an elevator right to your front door.
