Positive: The apartment is located in New Rustavi, just next to a big park. As Rustavi has quite a few areas that could be considered "center of the city", the quality of the location depends on the purpose of your journey - but the apartment is close to the Shota Rustaveli circle (where the sovjet Hotel Rustavi as well as the Rustavi Mall are). When arriving, don't be shocked by the outside view of the building (a very old sovjet housing block) - the inside of the apartment is renovated and in good condition. It's just as in the pictures and you have a big lot of space to live in. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They even came over at midnight to turn on the warm water (which depends on the heating system - so remember to tell them you need warm water at Check-In in order to save yourself from the same problem...).

Negative: Maybe it was only due to a language barrier we had (the owner does not speak any English so she needed her son to translate) - but neither Check-In nor Check-Out did work out at the appointed time. However, the owner did rescue the situation with her friendlyness and hospitality, so it wasn't that much of a problem.

Summary: Excellent, roomy apartment for a very, very fair price
