This brand new apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family. Wake up to the ocean breeze every morning. The master bedroom and the living room are both connected through a long balcony. The breakfast table is perfect for four. Although our pictures show 2 chairs, the apartment comes with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen supplies (silverware, coffee maker, blender, dishes, cooking pots and glasses). The apartment complex has a swimming pool (restrictions applied: 3 guests per apartment for 1hr and 30 mins max), a kids playground, gym (at a cost of 8 soles per day). and 24 hr security.
If parking is needed please let us know ahead of time. Parking might not be available.

Summary: The host, Sylvana, is very responsive and kind. No problems there. However, the experience was rather disappointing because I had rented this accommodation to walk on the beach, and it's not accessible. The accommodation is actually located near a very noisy highway. Furthermore, it's 30 minutes from the airport, not 10 minutes, which increases taxi fares. I didn't get what was advertised, and the neighborhood had nothing interesting nearby. Sylvana was understanding of my disappointments but didn't offer me any credit. Had I known, I would never have rented at that price
