This Beach Front Condo #202 is located on the second floor.Sit back and listen to the ocean roar. 1 bedroom with queen bed, living area with new very comfortable sofa sleeper (replaced 12/1/2023) Flat screen TV and DVD player, full kitchen and a full newly remodeled bathroom. Very close to downtown activities, restaurants, shops and grocery. NO smoking and Small dogs okay with anadditional fee. No smoking on balconies.There is a woodburning fireplace for presto logs only (not provided)

Summary: Condo needs a few fixes. Batteries in remote/clocks. Toilet paper holder, but we enjoyed the area and condo was exactly where we wanted it to be
