Summary: As we rushed inside so my 8 year old could use the restroom she was greeted by a medium sized cockroach running at her. I let the front desk know within the first 30 minutes of arrival that there were no face washers and no chux for washing up dishes. There was a cut in half very well used (dirty) green scrubby there, but I wanted something clean for my own use. The receptionist said he would fix it up right away, but we were there for two nights and I never saw him again. The second day of our stay, when we returned from shopping we saw a small spider, it was light brown and had white on it...it was running from the entry to the bathroom, I sent it to the rainbow bridge to hang out with the roach from the day before....I did note there was a can of bug spray in the wardrobe, so maybe it's just a heavily infested area due to being close to the water? Also worth noting is the TV wasnt a smart tv, so we couldn't access our Netflix account or cast our Netflix onto the TV from our devices.
