LAKE LURE WILL NOT BE OPEN FOR RECREATIONAL BOATING, FISHING, OR SWIMMING IN THE 2025 SEASON. Although the lake is closed and lowered while Hurricane Helene cleanup continues, there is much that our beautiful foothills area has to offer. LAKE ADGER, LAKE LANIER, and MIRROR LAKE suffered no damage, so homes and those lakes are available. BALD MOUNTAIN LAKE in the resort is open and beautiful. We are welcoming guests in over 60 beautiful homes to use as a "home base" for visiting nearby towns, restaurants, shops, hiking areas, and seasonal special events in Lake Lure, Hendersonville, Asheville, Black Mountain, Saluda, and Tryon. Golf is open to the public at Rumbling Bald, and local area wineries, breweries, trails, and music are within an hour's drive. Many of the Chimney Rock shops are set up at the Tryon International Equestrian Center Pavilion. Chimney Rock Park is now open!

This amazing home is .7 miles to Chimney Rock State Park, 2.1 miles to the Beach at Lake Lure, and 20.5 miles to the Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC).
Its open floor plan and three levels of living space make it convenient for family gatherings. The dining table seats 10, and there is additional seating at the kitchen counter. There are dining sets on the deck for ten and a gas grill. Plus, there is a one-car garage and ample parking.
