A newly listed, well presented, spacious one bed beach front apartment, 150 yards from Longsands where you can hire wetsuits and boards from Tynemouth Surf Co. A short stroll to Tynemouth Village, stunning beaches, the famous Rileys Fish Shack and numerous independent shops, cafes, restaurants and bars with free parking available outside of the property.
Great for couples or solo travellers who are visiting Tynemouth or vibrant Newcastle, which is only 20 minutes on the metro or by car.
The space
A home away from home with nice little touches to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. Finished to a high standard in a beautiful Victorian terraced house on the 2nd floor with sea views. Arguably one of the best locations in Tynemouth with access to a shared yard to the rear and shared front garden with bench to enjoy a morning cuppa in the sun.
There are two leather sofas and coffee table set up in front of a 42 inch LED television with Live & Smart TV functionality (incl. Netflix, Amazon Prime, iPlayer etc).
A full kitchen has refrigerator, freezer, oven/grill, 4 plate induction hob and sink with drainer. A coffee machine and all kitchen essentials are supplied.
Clothes rail, shelves & bedside cabinets available for storage. Coat pegs in the entrance with shoe rack. Hair dryer supplied.
Dining room table doubles as a work space with 4 comfortable dining chairs.
Feel free to bring bikes and you can store them in the rear yard with secure bike lock.
