Positive: Receptionist gave a lovely welcome and was also present on departure and was equally helpful. Other staff seemed very busy at breakfast and didn’t interact. Breakfast area seemed to be a little disorganised, no set tables and juice bottles empty.
Negative: Breakfast area felt unclean, broken floor tile, food on floor. Ornaments dusty and cobwebs in corners
