Summary: Room outdated, kick plate on the lodge door missing & bugs etc., easily entered the unit, inappropriate for anybody’s stay. Check out staff member said “thanks for letting us know”, no apology etc. Surprised a head staff member or housekeeping, did not report it when cleaning out the room. Dinner at the Angel Lodge was awful, bland and overpriced. No atmosphere at all. Went to Maswik Lodge to see if they had better food and had to send a basic Caesar salad back as lettuce was brown & withered, wasn’t even tossed when served, you had to do that job yourself! Went to the room and TV reception was static/snowy, called the front desk & apparently an issue with their TV system, that went on all night. Breakfast again, overpriced, for what you got. Glad to leave!
