Summary: Front desktop was excellent and very helpful. Everyone knew 3+ languages. The location was very convenient to the train station but also next to a strip club and people lingered outside on the sidewalks at night. However, it was still quiet even at nighttime with the windows open because of the courtyard. The housekeeping staff was terrible. They knocked on our door at 8 AM our first day there to ask if we wanted a cleaning and our kids were still sleeping! Make sure you put the do not disturb sign on your door! We stayed for 4 nights and ran out of soap bc they never refilled the near empty bottles for our hand or shower soaps. They left dirty rags in the middle our floor one day!
