Positive: The location (view) was fantastic. View of the ocean and sunset. It is right on the road, so you hear some noise, but the windows are not on that side. It was a spacious room with counter tops for stuff and a slider out to a balcony with seats. it was great.
Negative: the rooms are right above a restaurant bar. We could smell the food cooking in our room and the bar was very loud that night until 10:30pm.
Summary: beautiful view, worth the noise.
