Summary: Not only is this a great location right near the cathedral, it is gorgeous and well appointed apartment. Gianni, who met us at the apartment gave us tips for local businesses. We used these to hire bicycles from the Todisco Brothers and had an excellent meal of local dishes from Osteria Strabassotti.Hiring bikes and circling the city wall is a must. We did it twice, once on the inside and once on the outside. It only takes an hour or so depending on how many information boards and bars you stop at. There are no hills (as Gianni said “flat as the floor”) so a well maintained old fashioned bike will make you feel like a local. Loved it.
