Outside, there is ample free, secure parking on three sides of the villa. Just steps outside your door are a 6m x 12m swimming pool, with a large terrace and pool-side tables, chairs, and lounges. Scented lavender bushes and picturesque pine trees adorn the access road leading from the entrance gate to your doorstep.
The apartment features a wide open living space including large sofa, coffee table and entertainment center, dining table with chairs, custom-designed bar table with shelves and kitchen area.
