Spacious and elegant apartment, of 160 m2, located on the 2nd floor with lift of an ancient building in Piazza Indipendenza, a few minutes from the most important monuments such as the Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery, the Accademia Gallery, etc. This elegant and bright apartment has been recently restored, furnished and decorated with great care.
The apartment is divided in two levels. On the ground floor there is an elegant and spacious living room with two large sofas, a Bang & Olufsen surround sound Home Theater system with 42'' flat screen TV, DVD player, VCR player, CD player with radio. A dining room, equipped with a round glass table with 6 transparent designer chairs. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, 4 burner hob, full size electric oven, cutlery and various crockery. An espresso machine with pods is available in the kitchen. Also, on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: The master bedroom with a king size double bed with its own bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a large double bed and bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is on the mezzanine (an open space) with two single sofa beds (1.20 m wide x 2.00 m each). Guests in this room can use the third bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Also, on the mezzanine we have the laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and various soaps for the washing machine. The apartment has high-end furnishings (antiques and modern antiques), wooden floors and a ceiling with wooden beams. A cot and high chair are available at no additional cost.
