Mail/Parcel Delivery:
Sadly, we do not allow any mail/parcels to be delivered using our address. As "Short-term rental guests", any mail you want to receive, can use the post office nearby for delivery. Any unexpected mail/parcels will be returned to sender.
We provide basic cookware for our guests.
Guests can upgrade to nicer quality cookware, but we take a deposit for that.
To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial starter pack but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

We love having guests from all over the world and we would be grateful if you could treat our home well by following these simple rules:
NO SMOKING in the house, guests are normally quite comfortable smoking in the garden.
The apartment should be cleaned regularly. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house, not even at the window.
Smokers must not leave cigarette butts around the property's car park or in the garden.
We have had problems with guests leaving cigarette butts on the ground. Please ensure all cigarettes are extinguished and binned.
The Bins:
- The Green top bin is for plastic and broken-down card waste. No waste going in this bin must go in a bin liner.
- The Black top bin is for general and food waste and must go in a bin liner.
- The Brown Top bin is for garden waste.
Each bin is collected bi-weekly.
The council will refuse to take a bin that is open or filled with the wrong waste.
This has been a problem in the past and we end up with the bin not being collected for 2 weeks, which is a long time and can cause infestations of one type or another. For this reason, we will charge guests for filling the bins incorrectly or not pulling the bin to the path on a Thursday night. Please note we will charge if guests don't put the bins out.
The bins are normally collected early on a Friday morning so we put all waste out on a Thursday night.
Guests have to take care of the bin collection.
Please place the bin at the front of the house on the pavement on Thursday EVENING.

Ensure all waste is contained within the bin with the lid CLOSED. We will charge you if you don't abide by this simple rule.
The cleaning fee for this apartment covers the cleaning of linen, the build-up of grease, etc.
We provide pictures of the apartment before each person moves in and will charge the deposit if the condition is not as was found when guests move out.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE BOILER FOR ANY REASON.
Please adjust the room temperature using the TRV on the radiator.
The TRV's must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
The TV must be turned off and not left on standby when leaving the apartment.
The oven must be cleaned after every use.
Please do not remove the mattress protector.
Check-out is at 11.00 AM, we must have time to check for defects and clean before other guests who may arrive on the same day. Please ensure we have the keys at 11.00 AM.
We no longer allow guests to move the furniture.
We will 100% charge for all these issues as they have caused damage in the past and are SIMPLE rules to follow.
