Positive: Value, location, friendly staff, I could leave my luggage after check out which was great as I could use my last day in London unhampered. At night it was quiet. I like that you have 24 hour access. The breakfast was included and was very good.
Negative: Not a lot to not like. The breakfast was great though I did find the bacon hard. I appreciated leaving my luggage on the last day but I didn’t think there was enough security. I felt like anyone could have walked out with my goods.
