Positive: This was a beautifully-appointed, brand new and very modern apartment barely 100 meters from Ladies Beach, Kusadasi. So the apartment, facilities, location and convenience are superb. The on-site concierge provided our key. In the apartment, all the sliding doors had blackout curtains and were double-glazed for quiet. The air-conditioning was quiet and and efficient. It was only a short stroll to the sea-front esplanade for a huge choice of dining and entertainment options, even in the shoulder season when we were there. We had beautiful weather, and enjoyed a sunset dinner followed by a nice stroll home.
Negative: Only two unfortunate issues: First, while advertised as wheelchair accessible, there were no ramps or paths to the building entrance door, only cobbled paths and stairs. Luckily, we were able to negotiate these, and once in the building, no further problems at all. But limited disabled building access is an oversight. Second, the bed mattress (and couch!) were extraordinarily firm and uncomfortable, making for poor sleep.
Summary: Really beautiful apartment in a great location, but the bed and disabled access need improvement.
