Positive: I loved everything about the house. It was nice and warm and right in the principal piazza of Bagno. everything is walking distance. The apartment is super clean and i loved the coffee and cookies available.
Negative: I think that it could cause problems the fact that we don't know who to contact to open the door of the building to first get into the key holder. So there is a building that you just need to push any name and get lucky if someone answers. In my case, 2 people answered and by the way they didn't speak english and when i said I was there for the Airbnb they completely shut off the interphone and didn't open the door. So I kept calling people until someone answered and got mad at me and opened the door. That would be very difficult for someone that doesn't speak any italian and comes to this situation. I think it would be better if someone was a contact to open the door for the first time until the guests are able to get the key from the locker.
Summary: it was great once we were in! everything was perfect!
