Positive: Very well run hotel in picturesque location, we were treated like VIPs from the moment we arrived. There is real quality and service here, and attention to detail which is missing from many similar hotels in the same category. Nothing was too much trouble for Valerie and her team, we really enjoyed our time there.
Negative: Some rooms and areas of the hotel are still in the process of being modernised but overall it's a great package.
Summary: Memorable, delightful staff who really understand hospitality.
