Positive: I chose to rent two apartments at Le Zagare Case Vacanza because it was conveniently located between other locations my family and I planned on visiting in Calabria, so it was a real bonus to have it located only a few steps from the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, the price is extremely fair, and the grounds with all the citrus trees are pleasant. The limoncello gift upon arrival was a tasty surprise! I would definitely stay there again.
Negative: There were a few minor maintenance isses that needed to be address but that didn't detract from the comfort of our stay. Unlike other apartments I've stayed in in Italy, there were no basic cooking condiments like salt, pepper, coffee, or paper towels included with the apartments. Make sure bring your own.
