Positive: La Querce is a beautiful property, with great food and a wonderful pool. I got unexpectedly ill on holiday and they went above and beyond, taking me to the hospital and waiting till 3am with my family to make sure they were ok, helping them stay longer and arrange taxis and talk to the hospital. A real family affair.
