A seulement quelques minutes de marche du centre du village, la maison Le Ferraillon est idéale pour des vacances paisibles et conviviales.
L'entrée principale ouvre sur une grande pièce principale très lumineuse avec de beaux volumes aménagés en confortable salon et salle à manger. Une cuisine toute équipée, ouverte sur la pièce principale. De nombreuses portes-fenêtres et baie vitrée permet d'accéder dans le jardin ou à l'espace piscine entièrement clôturé.
2 chambres doubles au rez de chaussée avec une salle de bain (baignoire) et une douche séparée ainsi que des toilettes avec lave-main.
L'étage est conçu de plusieurs mezzanines : une grande pièce aménagée comme salon TV, une chambre double (140x190), une chambre individuelle (90x190) et un cabinet de toilette (wc, lavabo).
Le jardin est divisé en différentes parties :
la piscine avec ses lits bain de soleil à laquelle on peut accéder par différents portillons
la terrasse côté cuisine (avec barbecue) et son jardin arboré d'oliviers
le verger, à l'arrière de la maison, où est aménagé également un espace pour garer les voitures
