Positive: Check in process went smoothly. Information on how to access the apartment arrived in a timely manner. Christian was very responsive to any queries we had throughout our stay. The warm welcome to introduce us to Breton products that we received was very much appreciated. The location is ideal as it was very close to the city center (to Cathedral of St. Corentin is 10 minutes) where there were grocery stores, various eating places, and shops. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. We appreciated the little touches put in to make a guest feel welcome. Wi-fi was reliable. The bathroom was pleasantly spacious. Appreciate the fold up clothes dryer provided in the absence of an electric one. The kitchen was well equipped and the effort to provide the guest with what was needed to keep the apartment clean (anti-bacterial wipes, dishcloths, cleaning products, etc.) was commendable. There is really no excuse for a guest to leave the apartment as they found it. We had no problem with the water pressure as previous guests had commented on. The problem may have been fixed by the time we arrived. Parking is on the street. It could be a challenge depending on the time you arrive. We were fortunate to find a vacant space or two available but would worry when we did day trips and came back late. Check-out instructions were clear as well. Thank you for your efficiency in this regard.
Negative: Not really a negative but a suggestion: the password was prominently displayed in the apartment. It would help if the Network info is included as well.
