Positive: The location is right next to a busy street but nevertheless quiet in the night. The host was polite and the check in was quick.

Negative: Unfortunately the water in the shower takes forever to get warm and the breakfast buffet does not have any cutlery. I would have needed a knife for my bread and a spoon for my tea.

Summary: it's good value for money
