The house consists of 08 spacious suites, all with air-conditioning, a lounge with 03 rooms, an exclusive sound and TV room with an 80-inch TV and cable TV, 02 bathrooms, a kitchen with a central island and fully equipped with 02 52-liter refrigerators, a 32-liter freezer and all the necessary utensils.
The outdoor area has a swimming pool overlooking the sea, a veranda with 3 areas with a steam room, shower, electric barbecue, industrial stove, ice machine, Consul brewer, etc. Gourmet area with barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven.
Inside the property, a few meters from the social entrance, there is a 50-meter helipad and a deck for boats with a draft of up to 100 feet, 03 poitas, 01 of which is for jetskiing, its own generator and a 50,000lt water cistern. Parking space for 06 cars.
