This end unit, 2-story townhome is right on Lake Coronado and offers a peaceful getaway. With huge windows creating a tree house feel in the living area, kick back in the abundant cozy furniture, read a good book and enjoy the calm. Fully furnished and in a quiet neighborhood, it makes a great retreat space.There is a half bath on the main level. On the lower level, the Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed and a private deck area that offers a serene place to wake up and unwind! The second Bedroom offers a full size bed, and there is a second bath right outside in the hall. This bath also includes the laundry room. Centrally located in the Village, this townhome is close to a restaurants, and can access either gate easily.
We do supply some toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, etc.

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
