This spectacular home is located in the first block near South Beach and is a destination spot for families and friends. Have a seat on the wrap-around deck to BBQ, socialize, and enjoy the views and waves of Lake Michigan. Clear views of the amazing sunsets from the front deck. Steps to the beach!
This year, we have completely redone the large deck that wraps around the house, as well as added a larger deck in the back. It's bigger, better, and a wonderful viewing spot for the sunset over the lake.
When you step inside, an open-floor plan greets you and features a large great room with many windows to enjoy the summer breezes and a view of the lake. A kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and an island, and a large dining area to entertain is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The large main-floor primary bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room make the home comfortable for guests of all ages. Head up stairs and find 3 bedrooms and a full-bath: two are nicely sized for queen beds, and the third is a bunk room, sleeping as many as 4-6 guests!
Ready for a stroll? You're one-block from the beach, Kid's Corner park, and St. Basil's Church! The South Haven Pier, an ice-cream at Kilwin’s or breakfast/shopping in downtown can all be yours in a 10 minute walk. Wifi and premium cable TV, parking is not a problem on this public street home with a large driveway and a garage.

The house has everything you need for your beach visit. A wagon for bringing your things to the beach. Beach toys, beach chairs, sun shelters, umbrellas, etc.
