Positive: Rino was an incredible host. Due to the eruption of Etna our arrival was really messed around and we didn’t arrive until 2.30am. Bless him-Rino stayed up giving us guidance via WhatsApp and then welcomed us into a lovely clean room. The next morning he not only provided a fabulous breakfast but took us back to airport to collect our hire car and gave us guidance on places to visit. Such a kind hearted man. His home is beautiful with stunning views.
