Ideally located in the Lot Valley, 500m from a meander of the river Lot, ideal for fishing and water activities, 2 kms from Cajarc and therefore from all the shops and services, La Grange du Méandre is the perfect place to discover the treasures of this valley! With its beautiful equipment of great comfort in all the rooms, and the private swimming pool with view on the hills...everything is gathered to spend a dream stay at La Grange du Méandre!House of 250m ² within an old family farm, with on the ground floor a vast living room of 60m ² composed of a living room with flat screen TV and sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen, fitted out with built-in units and central island ... this room opens onto the terrace through large windows; a bedroom with a bed 160 and its bathroom + toilet accessible to people with reduced mobility complete this level. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and shower room and toilet. Mezzanine with 2 single beds. Underfloor heating on the ground floor, reversible air conditioning on the first floor, towel warmers in all the bathrooms. Private swimming pool: it measures 8*4 and is 1m40 high.
