Positive: The location of this apartment is fabulous!!! It is just around the corner from the cathedral. And the owner was able to provide us with off street parking in the courtyard. The unit is on 3 levels. The ground floor has kitchen, living room and dining room. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, but just 1 toilet in its own room. The basement has a third bedroom and a second toilet but no bathroom. The washer is in the basement as well. We made it work. But for 4 senior citizens it was a lot of going up and down stairs which we hadn't quite planned on. The owner and her teenage daughter helped up get settled. And the owner returned when we departed to get the keys.

Negative: There were more stairs than we old folks had anticipated.

Summary: Great Location right by the Cathedral.
