The great room with its soaring 12 foot ceilings and french doors overlooks the pool, has a bright and airy feeling. The living room has a large down filled sofa, 65" Smart television and full cable. ⦁ The large Master Bedroom has a pillow top king size bed and features private full bath with a large walk in shower with rain dome, walk in closet smart tv with full cable and private entrance to pool patio ⦁ 2nd Master Bedroom with a king size bed, smart tv, and full cable, plenty of closet space and french doors to outdoor patio ⦁ 3rd Bedroom with 1 queen bed ⦁ 4th Bedroom with 1 queen bed OUTDOOR SPACE: The back yard is paradise, offering you your own private resort! It has a variety of spaces, from the sun drenched lounge chairs to the shaded outdoor living room with sofas, fireplace, gas fire pit, and ambient lighting, all surrounded by beautiful citrus trees. If cooking is your passion, work your magic under the pergola where you will find a wood fired pizza oven and built-in gas barbecue. Enjoy meals from the shaded, large rustic dining table overlooking the sparkling pool. The large pool with tanning shelf and spa feature plenty of relaxing and lounging space for you to enjoy. Please note that children must be supervised at all times since the pool has no fence. Other things to note RULES ⦁ Strict NO PETS policy ⦁ Please treat and respect this home as your own.
