This new home features four spacious bedrooms, three with large sliding doors onto a balcony with 180 degree views of the beach, lake, town and mountains. The main bedroom has an open en-suite with free standing bath. The fourth bedroom is oversized with two bunks making this house perfect for larger groups or families. Each room has built in wardrobes.
The large open plan living area has a modern kitchen with all new Smeg appliances and a 6 burner gas cook top. The lounge room opens onto a large deck that spans the length of the house offering incredible views day and night. The outdoor bbq and 10 seater custom built resin/ timber table make it the perfect place to entertain.
The house also has a separate laundry, double lock up garage and ample additional off street parking for extra cars, boats and other toys. There is also an indoor fire place and outdoor fire pit area.
Please note that the host lives in an attached apartment on the ground floor. This apartment has completely separate access and no spaces are shared except for the driveway. Should you prefer additional privacy the owner is happy to arrange not to be at the property for an additional fee depending on the dates. Please contact the owner should you prefer to have the property all to yourself.
