This home is located in a wooded neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe, less than a mile from the California Lodge at Heavenly. It's a fantastic setting for every season, with El Dorado Beach, Bijou Municipal Golf Course, and the heart of South Lake Tahoe all within a two-mile radius. If you drive three miles, you can enjoy Thomas F. Regan Memorial City Beach, Magic Carpet Golf, and the lively casinos in Stateline.
Begin each summer morning with a hot cup of coffee and a deep breath of fresh air on the balcony off the bedroom upstairs. After a day spent hiking, golfing, or swimming in Lake Tahoe, come home to light the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue on the shaded patio.
The house is every bit as inviting in winter, with wood paneling at every turn creating a sense of coziness. Enjoy a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove), both a farm-style kitchen table and a breakfast bar, and a den-like living room with a fireplace, a cable TV, and plush sofas.
